The Discretionary Portfolio Service (DPS) is accredited by Islamic Bank of Britain Plc (IBB) as a Sharia compliant service. With this service you can invest in assets, such as shares, commodities, property funds and Sukuks through a number of portfolios. The Sharia compliant DPS enables you to access a comprehensive investment service allowing you to generate a profit from your wealth in a Sharia compliant and ethical way.
At your request, IBB can put you in touch with experienced Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) who will guide you through the process. As well as introducing you to the IFA, IBB (through our Sharia Compliance Officer) will ensure that the funds in the Discretionary Portfolio Service are screened to ensure that they are and will remain Sharia compliant.
You can only access this service, which is available on Praemium’s* dps Select platform, through an IFA who will assess your financial needs and investment style to choose the best available investment option for you.
The DPS offers greater choice to you as you can now earn Sharia compliant returns through a number of different asset classes.
