Now you can bank where you want, when you want

With our Automated Telephone Banking service, you can access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All you will need is your account number, date of birth and your telephone Banking PIN.

How to apply

To apply for our telephone banking service you must hold a Current or Savings account with the Bank.

Existing Customers

It's simple! As an existing customer simply download and complete the Telephone Banking application form, and return it to your local branch or post it to us.

Please ensure you have read and understood the Telephone Banking Service Special Conditions before you sign and return the form.

New Customers

To apply for a Current or Savings account, simply download and complete the application form. Return the form to us along with the relevant proof of identity documentation and the Telephone Banking application form either to your local branch or post it to us.
