Our secure Online Banking means it has never been easier to bank with us. Online Banking lets you access your account and take advantage of a wide range of services at your convenience.

Telephone Banking

With our Automated Telephone Banking service, you can access your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All you will need is your account number, date of birth and your telephone Banking PIN.

How to apply

To apply for our Smart Banking Services you must hold a Current or Savings account with the Bank.

Existing customers

It's simple! As an existing customer simply download and complete the Smart Banking Services Application Form and return it to your local branch or post it to us.

New customers

To apply for a Current or Savings account, simply download and complete the Application Form. Return the form to us along with the relevant Proof of Identity and the Smart Banking Services Application Form, either to your local branch or by post.

For your own benefit and protection you should read the Online Banking Special Conditions and Telephone Banking Special Conditions carefully before you sign and return the form.
