To apply for our online personal banking service you must hold a Current or Savings account with us.

Existing customers

It's simple. As an existing customer simply download and complete the Smart Banking Services Application Form and return it to your local branch or post it to us.

New customers

To apply for a Current or Savings account, simply download and complete the Application Form. Return the form to us along with the relevant Proof of Identity and the Smart Banking Services Application Form, either to your local branch or by post.
