Director's Shareholding
The Islamic Bank of Britain ("IBB" or "the Bank") was today informed that a director of the Company, Gerry Deegan, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.0995 per share.
Following this share purchase, Gerry Deegan holds 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.00477 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
