In order to open an account with us, you will need to download the
Application
Form, terms and
conditions, Proof
of Identity and
Supplementary Form for Savings Account and Term Deposit
Account. Please complete the application form and supplementary form and return
to our Customer Services Centre, along with the required documentation as stated
in the Proof of Identity leaflet. This is a legal requirement for customers of
all banks and is intended to prevent money-laundering. Please read the terms and
conditions carefully. The address to send your application form, mandate,

Please note: to open a term deposit account you must have a Savings Account
open with us.
Both the Application Form/terms and conditions, mandate and Proof of
Identity are in pdf format and are quite large files. Please be aware that,
depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it may take several minutes
to download.
In order to read the document, you will need to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed on your machine.
