Product Managers
Your role will be to design, develop and manage products including personal, private banking and business banking products. To ensure that design/development responds to a consumer need with the Bank achieving the required level of profitability on sales.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in new product development. Experience of product management is also essential.

Credit Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Commercial and Home Finance applications. The role of the Credit Administrator will be to proactively manage the application from initial enquiry to offer and completion using multiple systems and via the telephone. This includes day-to-day contact with internal IBB departments and external professional contacts e.g. solicitors, valuers and mortgage intermediaries. The role also involves ongoing maintenance, initiation and annual reviews.
A good understanding of banking law is a key requirement for this role and applicants should already have worked in a banking or similar environment. Ideally previous mortgage administration experience.

Account Services Team Leader
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, the Team Leader will have responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the work of the Account Services team. This includes assisting and ensuring that branches keep up to date with changes in procedures as well as the development of strong ongoing relationships with the entire network. Relationship building is also key in working closely with Treasury on mandates and funds movements.
The successful candidate will be a point of reference for technical questions and referrals, ensuring KYC and making sure monitoring is carried out but the teams at all times. This role will also have the responsibility of training and developing new staff.
Candidates should have a proven track record of at least 5 years working in a customer processing environment ideally within financial services. You should also have a good breadth of knowledge about our products, services and systems; be able to demonstrate commitment and a genuine desire to take on further responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the desire to contribute to the building of a motivated high performing team.

HPP Specialist
We are looking for people to work as part of a team that looks after Home Purchase Plans. You will be based from head office in Birmingham, working within a team of telephony based advisors who assist customers in progressing their HPP applications.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent telephone skills, ideally within a financial services / regulated environment.
- Ability to build relationships with customers direct and introducers.
- Work towards team targets and maintain a high level of technical knowledge.
Shift work and Saturday working will be a requirement.

Call Centre Agents- Inbound
Due to continued expansion in our service and product range the Customer Services Department has vacancies for full time staff who can deliver exceptional customer service.
Agents will deal with enquires and requests from both existing customers and potential customers who are interested in learning more about IBB, our products and services. Their role is to deal with enquiries whether it is concerning a customers existing account, providing information on new products and services or dealing with general enquires about the bank and its services.
Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building relationships to grow the business in a team focused environment gained ideally in banking or related fields. Confident telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Working patterns are flexible including some evening and weekend work on a rota basis.

Call Centre Agents- Outbound
Due to continued expansion in our service and product range the Customer Services Department has vacancies for full time staff who can deliver exceptional customer service in our Outbound Team.
Agents will be contacting potential customers who have expressed an interest in our services and wish to be become customers of the Bank. The role is to provide assistance through information and guidance about what they need to do to take advantage of our product range. You will be working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and to generate leads using various methods of acquisition of business.
Candidates must have excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in retail or a banking environment with proven customer service and sales skills are desirable however candidates must have a passion towards working as part of a team. Languages are advantageous although not essential.
