Key Features
- Available for business properties in England and Wales
- Available for freehold and leasehold properties. (minimum unexpired term on the lease of 25 years)
- Available for purchasing, refinance and equity release
- Amount of finance available from £100,000 to £2.5million
- Choice of repayment terms available from 1 year to 25 years. (Range of terms available to you will depend upon your circumstances)
- Minimum down payment is 30% of the property value. (Exceptions may be considered)
- Rent will be reviewed every six months
- A statement will be provided every six months
- Additional lump sum acquisition payment can be made before any rent review date
- You can request that the bank sells the property to you or a third party at any time during the term
- Your Acquisition Payments total will not be affected by fluctuations in property values. However, you will be the sole beneficiary of any appreciation in the value of the property
- You will be offered the option of either insuring the property yourself or asking us to insure the property instead. If we insure the property then we will increase the rent margin to cover the extra costs that we will incur
- You would be responsible for all repairs. The bank may in certain conditions refund some of the repair costs if under Sharia we are required to do so. (Our Sharia committee will decide if the customer is eligible for some refund on a case to case basis)
